If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at Trackwax, you can return the product for a full refund.  Our policy is simple:

•  Notify us within 15 days of the purchase date that you intend to return the item(s).
• Return to us the unsatifactory item(s) in the original packaging when possible or as it was sold to you with the receipt within 30 days of the purchase date.
•  Items returned after 15 days from the purchase date without prior notification by the customer to Track Wax of their intent to do so will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
